Delightfully Natural Pretty Garden Wedding

Image by Ellie Grace Photography // Delightfully Natural & Pretty Garden Wedding

Here’s to June lovelies, although it’s suddenly turned distinctly wintry and I’m fighting the urge for cardies, log fires, baths and hot chocolate. I am sure summer will be arriving any time soon, I hope so seeing as we’re holidaying in the UK in August. Seaside trips and days out are on the agenda, rainy days in are not. On the topic of rain, those of you worrying about the weather at your wedding. Please don’t fret, we’ve featured many a rainy wedding day and they all talk about how it didn’t affect a thing and indeed added another dimension to their day. Plus they say it’s lucky if it rains on your wedding day.

We’ve welcomed a brand new new writing intern to the Whimsical Wonderland Weddings team this week. Yippee. A very warm welcome to Petra who will be writing our international features each week in the coming weeks. You can get to know her better on our about page. I cannot wait to read Petra’s features and I think you’ll love her sassy style. I am going to get chatting on Instagram Stories a little more, so do tune in and if you have any burning questions, which are wedding related or just personal, please do drop me a line and I will do my best to answer them.

Sugar and Spice Designs have launched a brand new customisable wedding stationery collection called Eucalyptus. Isn’t it stunning? It features watercolour Eucalyptus details, calligraphy and is finished with a vellum wrap and custom seal. So on trend with it’s greenery elements. Wow.

Plus I just had to share this from Cancer Research UK:

“After selling out on their first run, these ‘Mr & Mrs Chicken’ pin badges by British jewellery designer Alex Monroe are available again to order online exclusively for Cancer Research UK. Not only do they make a lovely keepsake for your wedding guests, but the money raised from the £2.50 suggested donation will help fund CRUK’s life-saving work on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of all cancers. The pin badges are available to buy along with personalised cards on our website.”

Happy wedding Wednesday xo Lou
