I love this morning’s engagement session, the main reason being the brilliant back drop on London city. St Pancras station makes a stunning location for shoots and i adore the image of the couple on the escalator whilst life carries on around them… how romantic!
Thanks so much to the Berkshire based wedding photographer, Neil Palmer Photography for sharing his work, here is what he had to say about the day;
“I am due to shoot Jenni and Chris’ wedding in Islington later this month. They both lead very busy lives like myself so I was really pleased at this stage to fit in an engagement session, something I do for all my couples.
We decided to use St Pancras Station as its fairly close to Jenni’s place of work. I was also told it has improved beyond recognition and how true this is ! Not only is it clean, light and spacious but it has some great props as you can see here as well as the huge Olympic logo.
And then we decided to make the short walk to Camden Market to take a few more. This place is amazing, just buzzing with people and events. Great photos to be had wherever you look, my head was spinning ! In keeping with my documentary style I just asked Jenni and Chris to be themselves, interact with each other and not to cheese into the camera. I then just gently directed them. And this is how it will be on their wedding day which we are all looking forward to very much.”
