Ever thought about tying the knot on a beach in the UK? Then this is the feature for you today, these divine wedding ideas really stole my heart. With luxe bohemian vibes, sandy shores and blue skies all round.
There were sparkling sequin gold gowns teamed with whimsical bountiful florals, including a show stopper of a bouquet in green and ivory tones. The dapper groom look of braces and bow tie, gives a timeless yet black tie feel to the styling. A driftwood arch, golden dipped coconuts, succulents and stylish stationery featuring beautiful calligraphy lettering all worked so perfectly together.
Zoe Emilie, thank you so much for sharing these super special images with us today.
“This shoot was so much fun and planned out perfectly, the reason why I decided on a beach wedding styled shoot was that really wanted to create something that was inspirational for brides thinking about saying “I do” on a beach here in the UK. It was always my dream to be a beach bride, so there was no lack of creative ideas when the planning begun.
The location was on ever beautiful North East Coast a little unknown gem named Rumbling Kern a small sheltered beach with lots of rocky coves to climb and explore; we had a wonderful team of wedding vendors with us that day that lovingly brought my vision to life, and our beautiful bride and groom Amr and Sophiah were fantastic too. You wouldn’t have believed these two had just met, the chemistry was unreal.
Our theme was to be of luxe bohemian style, with lots of shades of blues and golds. The florals where a mixture of wild flowers and beautiful white and blue blooms, with some added sprigs of leafy greens. Vicky our florist from Floral Quarter had many ideas to help pull it all together; she also added some gorgeous succulents that really set off the table design once paired with The Crafthoods beautiful golden dipped coconuts and metallic painted stones. The set was lovingly finished off by the girls from The Crafthood, adding the finer details to the set with sparklers, blankets and handmade candles and beautiful calligraphy motives.
Our bride Sophiah rocked two fabulous dresses a gold sequin number by No.1 Jenny Packham and another totally luxurious dress made by a highly skilled local wedding dress designer Kathryn Russell. Her look was complete with some ultra-subtle glossy tousled waves that where beach ready made up by Tina Elliott.
Both the bride and groom both wore wedding rings and accessories by Dytham Jewellery based in Whitley Bay and the wedding stationery and calligraphy was completed by the lovely ladies over at Helen Scott Designs and Angela Reed’s Creative Calligraphy.
Special thanks to Karen Alexander from Ruby Tuesday Events for loaning us some pieces from her hire catalogue.”

Bring on the summer and days by the sea. So dreamy.
Thanks so much to the whole team for sharing these gorgeous images xo Lou
Love this elegant beachside shoot.
Beautiful pictures and a great inspiration! Beach weddings are always spectacular, and the gold dress and white floral arrangements add a luxe look to the entire day. Along with decorations, photobooths should be another item you consider, as they can continue your theme going and add another way for you to capture special memories.
Love it <3 Thanks Lou xo
