It’s time to share the lovely nuptials of Stacey and Rich, who were hitched on the 11th May 2019 at Hayne House in Kent. The orangery was so perfect for their light filled, flower heavy, peach and powder blue themed day, it really did provide the most romantic of settings. In fact they really decorated the space beautifully, with a magnificent flower arch and meadow flowers down the aisle. For the reception they added in giant helium balloons, blossom tree centrepieces and incredible top table flowers for wow factor. I don’t know about you, but as a flower fan I fell head over heels for all of the wonderful floral touches.
Stacey and Rich had not one but two cakes, a tall iced cake complete with ruffles and in the evening a cheese stack topped with a heart took centre stage. How delicious! I must also mention how much I love that they included their children into their day, as a parent who got married myself, I really think it’s a special way to include little ones into the celebrations. Also do check out the stunning outfits, (Stacey and Rich looked gorgeous!), the cool topiary letters and the watercolour stationery. So pretty.
A huge thank you goes to Olegs Samsonovs Photography for sharing these utterly beautiful captures with us.
I was awoken one morning by the ringing of my phone and Rich nowhere to be seen. Thatβs when I noticed a note asking me to get dressed and meet him at Kearsney Abbey in Dover around 10 minutes drive away. As I pulled up I was met by Rich dressed all smart. We went for a romantic walk along the waters edge and he popped the big question.
We wanted a relaxed day surrounded by our family and friends. I loved the idea of lots of flowers and light from the orangery. We went for a powder blue and peach theme.
We had been engaged for 9 years and had two children when we decided to bite the bullet and finally say I do. We started by looking online at local venues and thatβs when we came across Hayne House. When we looked around it was like a building site as the Orangery had not yet been built but the plans looked beautiful and we both knew this would be the perfect place for our big day.

We went to the Blue Lagoon in Kos. We left the kids to be spoilt by their grandparents and relaxed in the hot tub on the balcony.
