Andree and Jamie tied the knot at Hampton Manor on a lovely spring day, 25th March 2017. There was an abundance of absolutely beautiful blooms and you’re going to love all the little details the pair included. The high flower arrangements and table garlands create such an epic look and I love that whilst there’s a gorgeous blush theme throughout, the inclusion of lots of greenery creates a wonderful contrast.
There are so many details to take in, from the vases of flowers everywhere to the stacked apple crates with meaningful props on, this wedding really is a feast for the eyes!
Andree looks stunning in her Ronald Joyce dress and her groom Jamie cuts a dapper figure in the M&S three piece suit he chose. The Ghost dresses which were dyed to order look fantastic on the beautiful bridesmaids.
Thanks so much to Steve of Bridgwood Wedding Photography for these beautiful images.
THE PROPOSAL | Whilst having a picnic on a summer’s day at a marina. Came as a complete surprise to the bride.
THE VISION | Dreamy pastels with blush tones with rustic elegance. We wanted the wedding to be elegant and romantic. Ideas were taken from Pinterest and incorporated within our own ideas. The bride loves flowers so a big part of the vision around the wedding stemmed around the types of flowers and ensuring that these were a feature.
THE PLANNING PROCESS | We thought long and hard around wedding favours and in the end decided on glass jars filled with our daughter’s favourites sweets. For the children we ordered personalised activity packs which included bubbles, puzzles and various games. This kept them entertained. We used an online company to produce all of wedding stationery and also used them to do our place cards and table plan. Jars for sweets were purchased from John Lewis and other additional jars for the sweet table included gold boxes purchased from Urban outfitters. Although we wanted the wedding to be simple we didn’t want things to be uniformed. I purchased a wedding planner book from purchase and made lists of things that needed to be completed and time frames alongside contact details of suppliers. This helped as generally we are not the most organised of couples. As we both have busy jobs we sought help from an events co-ordinator who sourced all our flowers and styled the room in line with our vision.
