A Perfectly Pink, Ice Cream + Pom Poms Baby Shower

In case you are wondering… why is there a baby shower on a wedding blog, let me explain hehe…

This beautiful perfectly pink baby shower was created by the lovely Jo from Something Blue PR for a friend. Its all pink and fluffy and ice cream, so pretty, so adorable… i think it provides the perfect inspiration for any event including a wedding or a hen do….

It’s soooo scrumptious ;-)

Thanks so much to Jo for sharing her images and the lovely party she created, here is what she had to say;

“As a wedding PR consultant, I’m surrounded by pretty inspiration for organising events all day long. It’s such a great job and I love nothing more than to start every day in the office browsing through all the eye candy on the web and in the magazines. All this hard labour (ahem!) is put to good use when we’re asked to organise special events and last weekend I had the pleasure of organising a little baby shower celebration for a friend. With the knowledge that a baby girl will be welcomed to the world in six weeks time, I set to work creating an event inspired by Emma-Marie’s favourite things in life – namely ice-cream, vintage crockery and cakes – and of a course a big dollop of pretty pink thrown in too. I think it’s safe to say we were all on a sugar high by the end of the afternoon!”
