You know when you see someone and it smacks you how insanely beautiful they are? Well Chloe is just that, she is such a natural beauty… lucky Rodger hehe! Doesn’t she look amazing in her dress, i love the simple neckline.
This wedding has it all, gorgeous couple, stunning flowers, glorious sunshine and the sweetest coastal church ever….
Thanks so very much to the amazing Chichester based wedding photographer, Helen Cawte Photography for sharing her images, here is what she had to say about the day,
“I knew when I first met Chloe and Roger together that this was going to be a dream wedding to photograph. They are both such wonderful people and it was an absolute pleasure just being around them, let alone documenting what was a gorgeous wedding. Chloe and Roger got married on the 9th April 2011 in Bosham, a beautifully quaint coastal village on the south coast, with their reception at Chloe’s family home in a marquee on their lawn. The weather was incredible, I don’t think Chloe could believe her luck and neither could I! You can see from the images below that Chloe and Roger didn’t stop smiling all day long and all the wedding details reflected their personalities perfectly. Thank you guys for letting me be part of your very special day and I hope I’ve provided you with images to cherish forever.”
The Dress + Accessories…..
The dress was Ritva Westenius. The accessories were simple. My dress was the first dress I tried on. It was from Proposals in Chichester – I only tried 3 dresses on – as I knew the first one was the one for me. Easy!
The proposal was mid-air, mid-loop the loop! Rog took me flying one summer’s afternoon last year and he popped the question above my parent’s house (where a few months later the wedding reception was to be held!)
The Vision for the day….
A traditional English wedding in the countryside.
The Planning process….
We didn’t have much of a process! We set the date for early spring, and based the Saturday according to tide timings as the church is by the water and we wanted it to be high tide around the time of the ceremony. Once the date was set it was all systems go! My lovely mum was so excited and my right-hand man in a lot of the planning. Couldn’t have done it without her help.
Bosham church is where the service was held. A gorgeous church lying alongside the quayside of Bosham, with lots of history (it has Saxon origin). Reception was in a marquee at my parents home, also in Bosham.
The Readings + Music….
We had two readings and several hymns, which were sung in style by our fantastic choir!
Come by later for this couple’s stunning wedding reception xxxx
