We will be covering silhouettes and details that are most coveted and set to be most popular for 2020. It’s such a fascinating insight into what’s happening with bridal fashion right now. 2019 is the 3rd year WED2B has surveyed thousands of brides across the UK giving an unparalleled view of wedding trends from planning to wedding cakes, budgets to venues and of course wedding dresses.
Wedding Dress Silhouettes
Top of the popularity list for wedding dress silhouettes are the classic and timeless A-line wedding dresses with 39% of brides opting for this style. It’s a flattering fit and a simple shape such as this can mean you can go all out with embellishments and accessories too.
We’re confident brides looking for a more understated A-line will love Henny by Heidi Hudson for its soft floaty chiffon skirt and delicate lace bodice.
Fishtail & Fit & Flare
I’ve seen a lot of fishtail and fit and flare styles recently and it turns out that 18% of brides are looking to rock this sexy style. It’s a great way of showing off curves, whilst still keeping a traditional wedding look.
