I was so excited to receive an email from Jenny Packham sharing their newest designs for the 2014 collection. So this morning i have a sneak preview for you to feast your eyes on… swoon!!
Jenny Packham is one of my favourite bridal designers, with fabrics to die for and the most beautiful details. I think Belle Magnolia has to be my favourite from the preview, with its unusual blush shade and mountains of romantic tulle. Please do leave a comment sharing your favourite design :-)
“Jenny Packham’s 2014 Bridal Collection is inspired by the Belle Époque era of the early 20th Century.
A statement of romantically soft, feminine design, the collection encapsulates the spirit of Edwardian style and the Art Nouveau movement which defined it. The Belle Epoque or ‘beautiful era’ transformed fashion, abandoning restrictive corsetry and creating the flowing silhouette ever since associated with the Age of Elegance.
Intricate, light beading, delicate embellishment and clean, understated silhouettes play homage to an Edwardian inspiration, whilst romantically volumous ballerina skirts, graceful tulle sleeves and elegantly exposed backs bring to mind a very modern bride, evoking scenes of a chic European destination wedding.
Available in ivory, champagne and magnolia, luxurious silk mikado, sumptuous draped chiffons and exquisite French lace are adorned with delicate silk flowers and twinkling crystals in a spectrum of antique metallic silvers and champagnes.”

{w} Hi Nicole, could you firstly tell {www} readers a little bit about you?
Helena and I are old school friends. We speak around 10 times a day and yet we still aren’t sick of each other! Having travelled through life’s ups and downs together it has definitely put us in good stead for a business partnership. Growing up we both loved anything to do with fashion, and although we have very different styles we generally agree on most things. We fell in love with bridal because it encompasses everything we love with the added bonus of dealing with beautiful dresses on a daily basis! What’s not to love, we help people achieve the look of their dreams knowing with our advice they are going to feel stunning on their big day. So to sum us up ….Helena loves cats, I love dogs, but we both really love cupcakes and dresses. The makings of a perfect partnership! x
{w} What do you love/dislike about your job?
We love seeing photos of our brides weddings, it makes us really proud to see the bride looking so radiant and happy knowing that we had just a little part of making the most important day of their life perfect for them. It is wonderful just how positive the job is, getting married is such an exciting part of peoples lives and everyone has their own story. We are privileged to be immersed in their excitement and enjoy their journey up until the big day! Saying all that it is actually too difficult to find anything we completely dislike about our job! How lucky we are :)

I have been eagerly awaiting the new Jenny Packham collection for a few months now, and as soon as i heard they had released their 2013 collection i dropped the lovely Jenny Packham team an email. They kindly sent over these images for us to swoon over… ekkk!!
Jenny Packham always has and always will be one of my favourite wedding dress designers, with an ethereal, elegant and total glamorous feel, whats not to love.
So here you have it, the 2013 Jenny Packham bridal collection.

Before i start, may i remind you there is a competition still running to win £50 to spend at Vivien of Holloway here.
Now…. how i dream of owning one of these dresses, in fact i have done for a while now.. i just need an excuse to buy one. Beautiful reproduction dresses, with styles from the 40s and 50s…. which will flatter every woman. Not only are Viviene of Holloway dresses perfect for parties, but they have a bridal range. Whether you want one for the whole of your wedding day or for an evening of dancing, they are perfection. Or why not kit your maids out in some pretty 50s numbers?
Anyway enough of me…..
{w} Hi VOH , could you firstly tell {www} readers a little bit about you?
We’re a 1940s and 1950s reproduction fashion company who make gorgeous and comfortable clothing for real women. Everything is based on original designs from the 1940s and 50s, and we pride ourselves on being completely British; from our production at our London factory to good old-fashioned customer service.
{w} What do you love/dislike about your job?
I love creating things that you ladies love; from finding a fabulous new fabric for our best-selling circle dresses, to bringing out a brand new design that sells out almost straight away, it’s a wonderful process! And it’s also very nice to try out all of the clothes myself!
