Lauren and Steve did things a little differently, they had a first look before their ceremony and they DIY’d all the gorgeous autumn elements, i especially love the pine cone bouquet.

“Lauren & Steve put their wedding together with their hands, they made everything! They continued to have a unique way of getting ready, together. With lots of laughs and smiles they got ready together at a small B&B. He played is ukulele while she finished her hair and makeup. Their first look was classy and very romantic! The reception was filled with their creative touch, the whole wedding showed off their personalities.”
At the moment orange is one of my favourite colours, not only is it the pantone colour of 2012, but we just decorated our living area in orange.… i lurveee it. So when this amazing orange toned wedding landed in my inbox i did get a little over excited hehe!
Sarah and Steven were married in November on a gorgeously sunny day. This couple wanted things to be kept simple, and didn’t want to “sweat over the small details”. But that didn’t mean that they didn’t create the most stylish of days, Sarah looks amazing, i love her orange shoes and her stunning bouquet, whilst Steven goes for a pop of colour with his orange tie.

“When I first heard about Sarah & Steven’s wedding, I couldn’t wait for November to get here! Their autumnal colour theme sounded perfect, and their little vintage décor twists are just the sort of thing that I love. I also liked that they wanted to keep their day really relaxed and fun — which it certainly was! Sarah’s dress was fabulous — full of character and style — and the orange colour for the groomsmen’s ties (and socks) was so vibrant and in keeping with the season. Everything tied in together fantastically, even the orange candycane favours on the tables! The weather was lovely on the day too, with lots of sunshine, and there were still autumn leaves on the ground for our couple shots, just as Sarah had hoped. Everyone had a great time, and this was especially true in the evening with the most amazing display of dance moves I have ever seen — The Priory Hotel was rocking! Thanks to Sarah & Steven for having me at their wedding, and best wishes to them for their future together.”
Morning morning :-)) I am loving getting back into writing and sharing super wedding pretty for you after the Christmas break :-) Wednesday Wedding Wonders took a little break yesterday, after all there wasn’t a huge amount of blogging going on the past couple of weeks, but fear not it will be back next week in full force.
Onto today’s seriously gorgeous wedding. Sarah and Chris were married at Hatfield House on a stunning October day. Sarah and Chris wanted a focus on a fun autumnal theme, with beautiful rustic orange tones, seed favours and pumpkin centrepieces. Their day was a real family affair with everyone pitching in to help, a concept which i just adore. The guest book has to have a special mention for creativity too.

I have to say i really enjoyed Autumn this year… the light, the weather, the colours, it was just beautiful. And so I’m really excited to share this beautiful October wedding of Maike and Adam.
Maike and Adam wanted a relaxed informal wedding, which i must say was oh so chic. I adore Maike’s beautiful beaded vintage wedding dress, and those bright orange roses… simply gorgeous.

EEppppppppppp i love this wedding.… this couple are awesome!!! The photography is outstanding, so atmospheric and it captures all the details perfectly.
