Last weekend, i finally managed a road trip. Readers who have been popping by WWW for a while will know i struggle with anxiety and travelling. It has been a year since i last managed the seaside and a 2 hour car journey. But i braved up, we packed a picnic and headed to Clacton for the day.

I was pretty anxious on the way, once i got my crochet out though i did great and relaxed. We had the best day in ages…

G dragged me down the pier, boy was i windy. There is the most amazing wind farm off of the coast which really is a sight to behold. I cannot believe A and G whizzed down here…

Hi lovelies. I hope you had a lovely week?

I’ve been a busy bee behind the scenes here at WWW HQ (well my little cubby office in the living room hehe!). WWW has been a busy girl, with more visitors popping by than ever, infact an extra 37% busy. So a big hello to any new readers.

I have been treasuring the outdoors recently. I’ve been letting go and walking in the countryside with the boys. Last weekend we cycled 5 miles on one day and walked 3 on the other. It’s been so relaxing filling my lungs with fresh air and pushing myself.

A short and sweet ramble today. We were blessed with some wonderful weather over the bank holiday last weekend and fingers crossed for some sunshine today.

Being half term it’s been a bit of a juggling act, my mum has been my saviour this week as G has been working too. But we did get out and about last weekend. We headed off for a picnic and two and a half hour walk which was just blissful. We also had a wedding reception at South Farm to go to and we had a fab time. Beautiful bluebells.

May you have been all kinds of wonderful. As the final weekend of May is underway and another bank holiday! Whoop, i thought i’d share a little of my life in photographs.

We celebrated May day, we’ve been for walks in bluebell woods and in the fields. I went to my future sister in law’s hen do at the beautiful Luton Hoo and was spoilt with the most delicious gluten free afternoon tea, with a house party to follow and a butler in the buff hehe!

This weekend i am off to a wedding reception, and am looking forward to plenty of time with my boys.

A few weekends ago we headed to Wrest Park for their St George’s day weekend. It was blissful, the sun was shining, there was not a single cloud in the sky. My favourite part of the day wasn’t the activities but getting away from it all and walking down by the river with the swans and the pheasants.

We packed up a picnic, i made some homemade coleslaw and yummy gluten free rolls. A did a little jousting, we watched a falconry display. I hope we get more days like this during the summer…
