I don’t share many engagement shoots on WWW but when I saw these sweet and loved up set of images I just had to share them with you. Perfect for a spot of Sunday daydreaming, or perhaps shoot planning.
Nicky and Stef headed to Houghton House ruins for a picnic and pillow fight with their photographer capturing every lovely moment. Carefree, fun loving, happy shots at their finest.
Thanks so much to Faith Dwight Photography for sharing these gorgeous images today.
‘Stef and I met through one of my best friends, and had known each other over a course of couple of years. We finally got together a few weeks after a New Year’s bash at that friend’s place. Stef was friends with her husband and I was invited too. There was no spark for either of us, however, after a couple of dates we were smitten!”
“Stef took me to Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire for an afternoon tea and spa time. It was a total surprise, he even booked me in for a back massage too. We had champagne and played a game called Dobble, where Stef had sneaked a blank card in my pack which said “Marry Me”.”
“The shoot day was so fun, we bought a picnic and prosecco and set up a picnic scene. It was raining at first so we stayed in the car for a bit as Faith shot some ‘natural’ spontaneous pics of us chatting and laughing. Later on the rain cleared and we had the most beautiful skies above Houghton House ruins. I wore a grey top with black jeans and cute sparkly heels, Stef wore a black t shirt with Pull & Bear skinny jeans. We both had a change of clothes too, I had a pink top and Stef brought a navy shirt as well.”
“Our wedding plans are to have a church wedding in Whitchurch, Hampshire and the reception venue at a luxury barn venue nearby called Clock Barn – we both fell in love with it when we saw it. Our dream wedding.”
Thanks so much for sharing guys xo Lou
