Morning and happy Monday! To start the week off with a bang i have a stunning wedding to share with you, featuring some incredibly beautiful photography.
Tina and Roy were married in Oxfordshire, in a beautiful village church followed by a Marquee reception. They wanted to create a country festival feel to their wedding, adorned with beautiful natural blooms and oriental touches.
Tina wore 2 amazing dresses and looked oh so beautiful, whist Roy looked very dapper in a slim fit suit and simple black tie.
I so love all the details and touches Tina and Roy put together, but most of all i love how utterly absorbed in one another they are. What a beautiful love story.

It’s the first wedding of the week… yay!
David and Eleanor were married on the 4th June last year, at a stunning church followed by a marquee reception at a village hall.
They wanted to create an intimate day, full of colour, involvement and detail. These two sure went to town on the DIY, creating a plethora of gorgeous decorations including pom poms, bunting, place settings and photo booth wall. I so love that they collected vintage tea towels as wedding favours for the guests, with a personal meaning behind each one.
Eleanor looks stunning in her bespoke gown and i love David’s floral tie. Look out for the cute floral maids dresses with a 1950s feel too.

Happy international Saturday!! Today i have the beautiful wedding of Tina and Jim who were married at Jim’s Aunt and Uncle’s ranch in sunny California.
This wedding is oh so romantic and very pretty indeed. I am head over heels for the succulents used throughout the day, an unusual and eco friendly choice for wedding flowers. Tina’s wedding hair do which is adorned with succulent flowers is stunning. The whole day was an outdoor affair, and those twinkling lights really set the mood. Look out for the wedding film at the end too.

“I was so excited to shoot and edit this wedding, it was absolutely beautiful. Tina and Jim who were married in the hills of Gilroy, California at Jim’s Aunt and Uncle’s Ranch. Tina wore succulents in her hair and used them as décor through out the entire wedding . The succulents came from her childhood house that she grew up in ( I thought this was really sweet). They were married just before sunset and followed by their outdoor wedding was dinner, dancing homemade pinatas and karaōke (for their song they sang a duet by Johnny Cash and June Cater). The wedding and reception was full of laughter and tears. Everyone was so friendly and warm, it was awesome to be a part of their day.”
Rhiannon and Tim were married on the 10th March at The Kirkton Sebel Park, Pokolbin Hunter Valley in Australia. Australia?! I hear you say… well yes i usually save the international weddings for international Saturday, but i just couldn’t wait any longer to share this gorgeous wedding.
The following photography may just be my favourite i have ever featured on whimsical wonderland weddings, the light oh the light. Shall we all jet off now and get wed in Australia?! Hehe!!
These two wanted an intimate and fun day, which it certainly seems they achieved. With white and peachy details they are so very pretty, you are going to gobble this right up :-)

I still dream of eloping, so when i see a wedding where a couple elopes it holds a special place in my heart.
Caitlin and Ryan eloped from America to the Isle of Skye in Scotland, and had the most romantic time. They had some portraits taken before changing into their gorgeous wedding attire for a wedding under the stars. The way Caitlin describes her day will have you in tingles. You don’t need any fuss or frills, just your love for a special wedding day.

“Last December a lovely American called Caitlin contacted us with an exciting story. She and her teenage sweetheart Ryan were planning to elope to Scotland to get married just before Christmas, would we take the photographs? Being old romantics at heart we couldn’t refuse!
Choosing to have their ceremony on the beautiful Isle of Skye, Scotland’s reputation for dark and dramatic winter weather held true making for some lovely moody photographic opportunities. As with most weddings a few minor hiccups meant that with things running a bit late the ceremony took place mid afternoon, but as this was the Highlands of Scotland that also meant in pitch darkness! A real photographic challenge but Andrew and Emmett loved every minute of it, here is the story of their day…”
