It all started in Rye for WWW readers Jenny and Chris who tied the knot on the 28th June 2014. As Chris popped the question in the quaint seaside town, a new favourite spot for me after I visited at the end of last year. So you just know that this is one super stylish pair who have a keen eye for location. This is where The Barbican comes in, with it’s conservatory setting in the capital it was the perfect choice.
They had a vision of a colourful modern day with Art Deco touches. Vintage posters and Jenny’s bridal look gave a fashionable nod to the era. Talking of Jenny’s bridal look; it was divine. With 1920s style make up, a curled bob hair style, a striking dress by Temperley and gorgeous accessories.
Thanks so much to Story Wedding Photography for sharing such lovely images this afternoon.

Perhaps the capital gets your heart beating a little faster and you hope to have a city chic affair? Well this is the wedding for you :-)
WWW readers Kella and Ollie married in August of last year at the quirky Asylum in London. They wanted to achieve a wedding which was local, DIY and relaxed. I so love all of the eclectic style and décor choices, most of which was crafted by the couple. Sweet pin wheels, home made confetti and some amazing doily table runners were just a few of the lovely details.
Kella has a totally unique yet gorgeous bridal look, a layered whimsical dress by Kobus Dippenaar was teamed with a DIY blush pink veil. Wow wee.
Thanks so very much to Chiron Cole for sharing these wonderful images today.

A Gran’s hat that ended up as a photobooth prop and a best man dance off were a couple of the bride’s memorable moments. Combined with an invitation that read ’Family, food & bad dance moves, you in or what?’ and you just know you have one serious wedding party.
WWW readers Sue and Nick chose to marry on the 26th July 2014 at The Faversham in Leeds. They wanted a chilled out vibe for their city chic rustic wedding day.
There were gorgeous blooms, pops of yellow and blue and home made touches.
Sue looked wonderful in her tea length lace dress with peep toe heels while Nick donned a polka dot tie and tan shoes with his grey suit. So much style.
Thanks goes to the brilliant SD Photography for providing the photographs today.

“Our Journey” was the theme for WWW readers Mark and Sarah’s August wedding held at Cain Manor. From the moment they met to the day they married, their wedding told the story of their relationship… how perfect is that?
There was of course an abundance of style too. With the bridesmaids in mismatched pretty dresses, a gorgeous statement necklace for bride Sarah and sharp suits all round. I adore the brightly coloured confetti discs, the LOVE balloons and the personalised magazine favours.
Thanks so much to the utterly amazing Nicola Thompson Photography for sharing these photographs today.

Anja and Michael decided to have a subtle Alice in Wonderland theme for their beautiful wedding nestled in the South Africa countryside.
They chose to hold their wedding ceremony in the forest and hosted their reception on a farm. Two wonderful locations that lent themselves perfectly to their day. I love the colourful bridesmaid dresses and fun Alice in Wonderland décor.
Thanks so very much to Kat Forsyth for sharing her gorgeous photographs today.
