Getting a perfect manicure always makes you feel like a million dollars. Just like a new hair cut, it leaves you with a spring in your step and excuse the pun, but you just feel perfectly polished whenever you glimpse at your nails right? Nails can often be a last minute choice and as we count down to many of your wedding days, what better timing than to take a look at some of our fave manis for brides today?
Long gone are the days of a classic French manicure for a bride, anything really does go. I went down the DIY route myself and for my something blue, chose a minty blue/green hue for my bridal look. It’s a place in your wedding planning you can really have fun with and go wild.
We’d love to hear your wedding nail plans in the comments section, are you doing them yourself or are you having a group trip to your salon before the big day? Are you going to be spontaneous or have you picked out the perfect nail art already? We hope these drop dead gorgeous ideas will give you much inspiration either way.
Classic and beautiful nails are always going to be timeless, suit whatever you wear (on the day or on your honeymoon) and will ensure your outfit and accessories make the biggest statement. From the ultimate French manicure to pale pinks, blush and nude tones for a pretty perfect display. Your ring will be the only sparkle on your hands.

Bright & Bold
Classic red polish looks sophisticated and pretty much coordinates with anything. Why not go for a rouge lip also to really create a bold look? Pinks and blues can look really cool too, or quite frankly any colour of the rainbow. You can tie in your wedding theme or your bridal party outfit colour to coordinate to the max, or alternatively mismatch for a fun mix.

Shimmer & Shine
If you’re a bit of a sparkle magpie, why not opt for a glitter of metallic mani? If you go for glitter, mistakes aren’t so obvious and it’s easy to DIY. Plus metallics can look really subtle and glam in equal measure. I’d really love to see some brides going with chrome nails for a super modern take on this look.

Don’t forget your cute tootsies, especially if you are going barefoot, wearing strappy sandals or peep toes. You can match in with your hands too for a complete head to toe style or have fun with a touch of nail art too.
