Afternoon WWWers, i have a really rather lovely treat for you today. Dessine-moi un soulier is a Paris based company who create the most delicious customisable shoes. Perfect for special events especially weddings… oh how i love the glitter pair above… swoon! Dessine-moi un soulier want to give 2 WWW readers the chance of a super saving on a pair of their gorgeous shoes. They are giving away two gift vouchers worth £100 and £50… amazing!
Dessine-moi un soulier (which translates to ”Sketch me a shoe”) was founded by the two French fashionistas and shoe lovers Alma and Juliette. They were both tired of never finding the shoes they were looking for or finding something that were almost right, but that would’ve been even better with some alteration. After some discussion they came to the conclusion that the best way to solve the problem was to do it themselves. Many months of hard work later, their online design studio was launched in September 2011. Since then, they offer women around France and the rest of the world the possibility to design their own shoes and have them produced by some of the best shoe makers in France.

The company offers five basic shoe models: ballerinas, pumps with pointed or round toe, high heeled and flat brogues, ankle or low cut boots or platform variants of all heeled models. Embellishments such as straps, bows or peep toe-options, together with a wide range of different style materials, makes sure each customer will be able to create her perfect design! (more…)

It’s Monday morning, which means only one thing, a super beautiful wedding to start a gorgeous week ahead here at Whimsical Wonderland Weddings :-)
Rosie and Tom married in April at Kingscote Barn in the Cotswolds. They wanted their wedding to be homemade, playful and stylish with a circus theme using pastel shades.
Rosie wore a lovely lace wedding dress with homemade headpiece and the held a stunning bouquet scented with rosemary, while Tom found his siut on Saville Row. What a stylish pair.
They homemade much of their day, from the typography stationery to screen printed sweetie bags and ceramic cake stand. Gorgeous! And the Jenga guest book… brilliant.
Thanks so much to the fantastic Samantha Jane Photography for sharing her photographs with us today.

A few weekends ago we headed to Wrest Park for their St George’s day weekend. It was blissful, the sun was shining, there was not a single cloud in the sky. My favourite part of the day wasn’t the activities but getting away from it all and walking down by the river with the swans and the pheasants.
We packed up a picnic, i made some homemade coleslaw and yummy gluten free rolls. A did a little jousting, we watched a falconry display. I hope we get more days like this during the summer…

It’s that time of the week again already… international Saturday. Yippee.
I am head over heels for this incredible wedding. Jessica and Joshua planned their Australian wedding from the UK which was held in March. They chose an outdoor setting, decorated with a DIY ribbon backdrop, jam jars filled with blooms, with long tables beneath the stars and amazing festoon lighting. WOW.
Jessica looked so beautiful in her romantic gown and relaxed hair style while Joshua went for a wasitcoat for a cool and laidback look. Ahhhh.
Thanks so much to the amazing Lakshal Perera for sharing his images with us today.

Let’s have a love story to end a busy week here at WWW :-)
Jo and Ben went to school together and so headed back their for their amazing engagement shoot. Jo and Ben got together after a school reunion and are now busy planning their wedding.
I so love these atmospheric and fun shots.
Thanks so much to the fantastic Paul Joseph Photography for sharing their images with us today.

Jo told me; “Ben and I met at high school, I wish I could say it was all love notes and holding hands in the playground but it wasn’t, we were just friends back then! After leaving school we both went our separate ways to University but, upon graduating, we both moved back home and met up again at a school reunion and it all started there….4 years later Ben surprised me with a beautiful diamond ring on our first Christmas Day in our first house together, it was such a surprise I just cried!”
