Happy international Saturday you guys :-) this week we are in beautiful Australia for Jolvin and Jolyn’s engagement shoot.

Jolvin and Jolyn met at a friends birthday party after Jolvin had relocated to Melbourne and are planning their Spring wedding at  Dandenong Ranges. They decided to have their engagement shoot in the gardens where the flowers were in full bloom with a pretty picnic which was reminiscent of their first date.

I so so love these amazing images, they are just so dreamy and romantic.

Thanks so much to the incredible Jonathan Ong for sharing his photographs with us today. Here is what Jolvin and Jolyn had to say;

“Spring is a very special season for both of us. We got together in Spring. And two years later, Jolvin proposed in a little vintage shop in front of a few close friends on the first day of Spring. So what better season than to have our engagement shots in its full bloom!

The few portraits of the picnic setting was a reflection of our very first date when Jolvin prepared a picnic spread. We chose the two spots, Alfred Nicholas Garden and National Rhododendron Gardens, Dandenong Ranges because of its richness in nature.

When it came to a photographer, we couldn’t be more certain to have our very dear friend, Jon to capture the moments for us. It was a beautiful day – the perfect sunlight and company made the shooting so much more fun and enjoyable!”
