Clients Jennifer and Tom wanted something modern and clean, yet representational of the farms they both grew up on in Scotland. They sent me photographs of their respective farms and I pencil sketched all the artwork for their invitation inserts, table plan, order of service and thank you cards. Their invitation suite was a combination of letterpress and digital printing making for a lovely introduction to their special day.

Jill and John are having a fall wedding in New Jersey, USA and wanted something clean and simple reflecting the majestic fall leaves of the new england landscape. After submitting various design options, they chose this one which is based on fall leaves and fall colors and reflects their personality perfectly. The set is printed digitally and will be the perfect lead in to their fall wedding.

Tina and John approached me about designing their wedding stationery wanting something with an Indian/Asian touch to it with paisleys and a peacock theme yet reflecting the fact that their reception was taking place on a yacht! Using pictures provided to me and following the bride’s chosen jewel toned color scheme I came up with an invitation set inspired by peacocks, patterns, paisleys and colors that brought the whole set together and made for some very happy clients.

Lucy and James are getting married in Devon and wanted a modern, type inspired save the date but with touches of their town showing through. Based on pictures that Lucy sent through to me I came up with a modern, type driven save the date accented with illustrations of english cottages and the town in Devon where they are getting married. Using her spring themed colors of green and yellow with accents of black I created a save the date that they now want to use as inspiration for their whole wedding invitation suite!

I was approached by Georgina and Andrew’s event planner a week before their wedding to come up with the table plan for their reception. They were having the wedding and reception in York and wanted a modern skyline of York along with various street names to be represented as each table name. Incorporating their purple color scheme, I designed a table plan that they were more than ecstatic about and made a great addition to their special day.
Thanks so very much Roopa for sharing your latest designs with us, and congratulations on the new look website, it looks amazing!! Be sure to check it out here http://www.dolceroopa.com/weddings alongside many more of Roopa’s designs XOXO Lou

Beautiful... I love the striking designs. The peacock stationery suite is fabulous, and the two little birds and watercolour illustrations on the first invitation example you showed... just gorgeous.
