It seems we have a ‘Mini’ theme today ;-)

Ash and Lucy had a summer love before embarking on their studies, luckily they bumped into each other 3 years later and as they say the rest is history. Seeing as Ash proposed at Lucy’s parents they headed back there to Sussex for their beautiful, intimate and real feeling engagement shoot.

Thanks so much to the awesome Dale Weeks Photography for sharing his imagery with us today, here is what he had to say about the shoot;

“I first met these two beautiful people at the end of last year at a New Years Eve party. I went along with my brothers for my first outing since moving back down to the south coast and we got along straight away. Since then we have had many more evenings together since and they are genuinely cool and so relaxing to be around!

Ash met Lucy about 5 years ago at a mutual friends gig. They spent the summer together and then Lucy moved away to study. 3 years later they bumped into each other again and picked up where they left off! Ash proposed to Lucy at her parent’s house this summer, deep in the Sussex countryside. They decided that it would be the perfect location for their engagement shoot and so called me up to hang out and take photos.

We were lucky enough to have a lovely sunny day for the shoot, so it wasn’t long before we were outside in the fields and strolling along country lanes. It was great to be able to capture the funny, chilled side of Ash & Lucy that I know so well and to have a laugh whilst doing it!”

Oh wow, aren’t these two the bees knees? They don’t even seem to notice the camera do they? I cannot wait to see their wedding :-) Thanks for sharing guys XOXO Lou
