I have been biting at the chomp to share this wedding with you lot i tell you ;-) just you wait hehe!
Rhian and Martin were married in May at Hilltop Country House, Cheshire. They just wanted their day to be full of love, which comes across in the images, as a day full of fun and smiles with a relaxed atmosphere.
Their wedding has a bohemian feel, with the casual groomsmen look, the pretty floral halos all round and vintage inspired wedding decor which were thrifted at boot sales.
I so so love Rhian’s gorgeous Jenny Packham dress, doesn’t she look beautiful with those tumbling tresses too?! Oh i so love a floral headpiece :-) not to mention the beautiful peony and hydrangea bouquets.
Thanks so much to the amazing Martins Kikulis for sharing his amazing photography today… i just love those silhouette shots.

Names…. Rhian & Martin
Wedding Date…. 6th May 2012
The Proposal…. 28th Feb 2011 in Polperro, Cornwall – outside a shop called “Four Candles!”
The Vision for the day…. We didn’t really have a vision, We just wanted everyone we love to be there, and all the things we love around us!
The Planning process…. Was not stressful at all! Enjoyed every minute of it :)
Budget…. 10,000 (ish!)
The Venue… Hilltop Country House
The Dress + Accessories….. The dress is Jenny Packham’s “Papillon”, shoes are Filippa Scott. I didn’t wear many accessories, my something borrowed was a beautiful vintage ring of my Gran’s, and Charlotte at Hilltop created the flower ring which I wore for the reception which I loved! I wish I could wear one of these everyday!
Finding the dress…. Was so much fun! I think I tried on every style of dress imaginable, but I’d had my eye on Jenny Packham dresses and my Mum made me try one on, and I am so thankful that she did as even now I can’t stop looking at the dress! I felt like a mermaid :)
Groom’s attire… Casual country trousers, shirt and waistcoat by Frank Rostron with cheaney shoes.
The Readings + Music…. Walked through the garden to Jack Johnson Better Together, first dance was Barry Louis Polisar All I Want is You, and the Dambuskers (best live band around) played at the party.
Beautiful bridesmaids….. Megan Evans, Genine Keogh, Jenn Pritchard, Ann McGee – and they really did look AMAZING!
The Flowers… Charlotte at Hilltop
The Cake… Best cake ever! Was made by our friend Nicole Clairmont
Your Photographer…. …Is the best!!!! I hate having my photo taken and it was the part of the day I was least looking forward to, but Martins put us at ease from the start and we couldn’t be happier with how the photos turned out :) I never imagined I would get to chase sheep in a wedding dress! :)
The Details + Decor…. Vintage inspired, the table decorations all came from vintage markets, car boots etc, and are inspired by our favourite things eg. birds (ducks especially!) teapots…
The Honeymoon…. New York, San Francisco, Route 1 roadtrip, LA and Hawaii.
Memorable moments… All of it! I think my favourite part was seeing Martin for the first time at the ceremony.
Advice for other couples… Do everything your way and follow your instincts, make the day about you and the people / things you love.

This wedding is beautiful and i can't believe that you could have a wedding like this for around 10,000ish. I bet the dress would take a chunk of that out
