Happy Friday you lot ;-) It’s so nearly the weekend woop woop.
I thought it would be great to share with you a super lovely photographer this morning, for those of you that have yet to find ‘the one’.
Photos by Jessica is a wedding photographer based in Suffolk, she is here to tell us all about her, her photography and how to win win win today…..
{w} Hi Jessica, could you firstly tell {www} readers a little bit about you?
I’m not just a photographer, I’m a wife… seriously every time I say that I smile and we’ve been married for a year! My wedding was featured right here on Whimsical Wonderland weddings….(http://
The biggest thing going on in Photos by Jessica right now is my July giveaway… I am giving away a wedding photography package. All you need to do is click here and like my facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/photosbyjessica.fb) and write on my wall in under 50 words why you should win the wedding (the wedding can be between the October 1st 2012 and December 31st 2013 full rules and details here (http://photosbyjessica.co.uk/blog/july-wedding-giveaway/)

{w} What do you love/dislike about your job?
There are very few things I dislike about my job. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world every single day. That’s not to say it’s not hard but I wouldn’t love it so much if it was easy. I love meeting new people. I love that my couples usually become true friends. I love that I get to document one of my clients happiest days. I love the JOY my work brings after the day has come and gone. I love how creative weddings are. I love weddings that are true to the couple. I love untraditional. I love DIY. I love capturing raw emotion. I love speeches. I love ‘I do’. I love dresses and shoes.
I LOVE weddings.

{w} How did you get into photography and into the wedding industry?
I studied photography at secondary school and knew it was ME. I loved seeing things through those school issued pentax cameras. I will NEVER forget the smell and anticipation in the dark room. For one reason or another I studied marketing at University, seven years later I met the man of my dreams and he bought me a dslr… with love and support in my life my passion was reignited. The rest as they say is history!

{w} What do you aim to achieve for your clients?
When I am photographing a wedding I aim to document the day as the couple will want to remember it with all the detail they worked so hard on, I aim to capture emotion, I aim to capture natural portraits of the couple and those close to them. I enjoy family group photos, as I believe this is how our future generations will know who was who. I aim to get the best light possible. I aim to get movement in the first dance photo. Ultimately I want my clients to smile the whole way through viewing their photos. I also aim to blog their wedding the Wednesday after their wedding. I sneak peak a few photos from their wedding on facebook the night after which is hugely popular. Most couple agree they want my photos to be the first that are seen on social media rather than unflattering ones. I aim for the day to be about them not me.

{w} What style is your work?
My style is natural, clean and vibrant.

{w} Could you tell us some information about your packages/prices?
My photography starts at £1250 and includes a pre-wedding shoot not only for us to create some stunning photos but so we can get to know each other. In addition I also offer Kiss wedding books which are beautiful leather bound digital albums, Jorgansen traditional albums and my signature wedding montage.

{w} Do you have any tips for couples in selecting a wedding photographer?
My only tip apart from liking their work and looking through their blog and ensuring they have recent work to view. Meet them before booking them and make sure you really click and get along as they will be with you the whole day!!!

{w} How can we get in touch with you?
