Afternoon WWWers, i thought i would bring you a love story this afternoon.
Michelle and Rich are wedding photographers, so they chose a super awesome photographer to capture their day.
Firstly though they had a fun engagement shoot which represented their relationship; where they met at the skate park, where they had their first date, at the butterfly farm, and finally the spot where they got engaged. So sweet, and these images really represent their personality.
Thanks so much to the brilliant Steve Gerrard Photography for sharing his photography with us today.

Bride to be Michelle tells me all about her and Rich; “We met as u know at stratford skatepark in october 2002, he was shouting at all the young kids to get off the ramps so I instantly took a dislike to him and willed him to fall off his bmx! Until he chased me to the train station to get my number and the rest is history! My parents didn’t like rich due to his pink hair, piercings and the fact that he was 5 years older as at the time is was only 15, but they eventually met him and grew to like him!”

“He proposed at Thai cottage in Henley in arden, being wedding photographers we always talked about what we would have at our wedding so it wasn’t a complete shock that he proposed, but romantic none the less. It was on our 7 year Anniversary, he got down on 1 knee and I said “are u being serious!” that was my initial reaction and of course i said yes!”

“We wanted the engagement shoot with Steve at places that meant something to us so where better than 1. Where we met, 2. Our first date and 3. Where we got engaged! Absolutely thrilled with the pics they are so natural and an amazing representation of us and all the places we went really mean something.”

“We wanted to incorporate so many aspects of us into the wedding, again as wedding photographers we have seen what we like and what we don’t like so have been quite lucky. We like gothic styles, rockabilly and not too traditional so that’s what we aimed for!”

How amazing was that?! I love those butterfly shots, just gorgeous!!
Thanks so much for sharing guys :-) XOXO Lou
