Oh i do like to be beside the seaside :-)

Emily and Prash have a beautiful love story… they met whilst working for the same charity in their gap year, and will be having a multicultural wedding.

I love their engagement shoot beside the sea, the sunlight, the pebbles, the boats bobbing in the water, oh how i am dreaming of summer days with a sea breeze right now.

Photographer Alexa tells me “Emily and Prash met when they were working for the same charity on their gap years. They lived and worked together in a remote village in northern India, and then fell in love and travelled together all over India! So sweet! Prash in from London and Emily is from Chichester and they both live in North London now – they are getting married in August at Upwaltham Barns near Chichester.”

“They got engaged when they were in Rome – Prash carried the diamond in his pocket nervously for their whole holiday and proposed as a surprise during a picnic in the Roman Forum, which is a beautiful ancient site surrounded by amazing structures and buildings.”

“The eshoot was in Selsey, West Sussex, where Emily’s parents live – we got up and out at 7am to enjoy the sunshine, the beach was deserted! They both have a great sense of humour so there was lots of laughter that morning.”

“They are having a wedding that celebrates both of their heritages including two ceremonies – beginning the day with a Hindu ceremony followed by a civil ceremony in the afternoon – the lucky pair are wearing two different outfits, I can’t wait to see them!”
