I couldn’t let the bank holiday pass without a post now could i?!

I gasped when i saw the spectacular theatrical bridal inspiration shoot, those close up shots of model Rita are amazing. Fabulous make up and hair ideas for your weddings girls!!

Thanks so much to the brilliant Kat from Desarigny Photography for sending over this shoot that she organised and shot… wow! Here is what she had to say;

“I’ve been thinking for some time about doing a stylised shoot with a difference, something away from the current vintage/floral theme but still as pretty and as striking!  So I drew inspiration from my background in dancing and decided upon a theatrical theme using masquerade masks! The colour palette was Black & White and the decor was simple elegance with creative flair!  

I did all the styling myself and let me tell you what a relief it was seeing everything come together! I didn’t know if it would work, all I had were ideas in my head and images I needed to put on camera.  Finally, after contacting various suppliers and setting a date, the shoot was in motion!

Much to my delight, the suppliers I contacted were all keen to collaborate and therefore I was blessed with the most gorgeous, pretty things to photograph! I am thrilled my first stylised shoot was a resounding success and the ideas I had in my head could be translated into photographs!”
