Now you guys know i love a wedding on a budget that is accessible to everyone. So when i saw this gorgeous eclectic and vintage style bridal shoot and then i found out it was created on a budget, i knew it was perfect for Whimsical Wonderland Weddings.
Shot and created by the wondrous Hannah Millard Photography, here is what she had to say about the shoot;
“The concept behind the shoot was to create some inspiration for the budget bride. Styled shoots are awesome for inspiration but how often do they feature dresses and accessories at very accessible prices? The dresses ranged from £30 to the 70s Edwardian-inspired one which cost £6 including postage and packaging (in the process of putting this together I discovered that I am an eBay NINJA)The location and cars were provided by some very lovely family friends of mine and gave me lots of variety for the shoot. They even had a trampoline which allowed us to create the atmospheric jumping shots. I was really lucky to find an adventurous and fun model in Natasha who was the final and most vital component in making the shoot a success, and reducing me to fits of giggles throughout the day.Oh and I am still dying over the Paperself eyelashes! I think they would be adorable for a bride who fancies doing something a bit different with her make-up.This was my first styled bridal shoot and it was so much fun that I am already excitedly plotting the next one.”

Credit where credit’s due…
The model is Natasha Burns, she did her own hair and make up
The eyelashes are from Paperself
The floral suitcase came from The Vintage Rooms in Wirksworth
The bow brooch and pill box hat came from Moda Retro in Wirksworth
The gold sparkly shoes were Primark’s finest ;)
The dresses were all secondhand ebay buys
Thanks so much to Hannah… and OMG how much do i love those lashes… i want to play with them :-) XOXO Lou

This shoot has he essence of the 60's all over it. I'm a sucker for vintage vehicles and the use of them with the model in this shoot is simply superb!
Thank you so much for sharing and Hannah you are amazing :-)
