{w} Hi Hello Lucky, could you firstly tell {www} readers a little bit about you?

We’re a boutique design and print studio based in San Francisco and London founded by sisters Eunice and Sabrina Moyle. We specialise in wedding invitations and stationery. We published our second book, Handmade Weddings, this January; it focuses on handmade details brides can add to their wedding décor.

{w} What do you love/dislike about your job?

We love looking for inspiration all around us (everything from graphic design to home décor to flea markets and travel) and adapting it to paper.

{w} How did you get into your business and into the wedding industry?

It all started in 2003, when we fell in love with letterpress printing, a vintage, tactile print method. We bought our first printing press on eBay and started selling greetings cards. Our first big break into the wedding industry came when a Martha Stewart Weddings editor invited us to design her wedding stationery. Last year, Eunice’s own wedding was featured on the cover of Martha Stewart Weddings. Sabrina, on the other hand, eloped (and instead splurged on a lovely honeymoon travelling around India). So together, we understand the range of aspirations and possibilities around weddings.

{w} What do you aim to achieve for your clients?

We aim to help our clients put their design inspiration on paper and create a cohesive style for their wedding. Whether we adapt one of our existing designs or create an original design, we strive to help clients express their creativity using tasteful design and high-quality materials, whilst providing practical advice on etiquette and logistics.

{w} What style is your work?

Our style is whimsical, hand-crafted and vintage-inspired.

{w} Could you tell us some information about your packages/prices?

We offer pretty much any wedding stationery you could need, from save the date cards to orders of service and menu cards. We offer two types of printing, digital printing and letterpress. As an example of our pricing, 100 wedding invitations and envelopes are £261.90; 100 1-color letterpress wedding invitations and envelopes are £390. {w} Do you have any tips for couples in selecting their stationery?

Start by deciding on your style and color palette. Make an inspiration board. We love www.pinterest.com for this, or use the inspiration board builder on www.stylemepretty.com. Start by grabbing any images that appeal to you, and then start editing down to a cohesive style and palette. Then, decide what elements you want to bring into your stationery. Keep in mind the stationery is the first thing guests will see, so it sets the tone for the wedding. Find a designer who can nail this aesthetic, and that provides reliable customer service.
