When I found this wedding, I thought it was beautiful, whimsical, boho and pure gorgeous! Then I found out it was created for under £1000 and I was gobsmacked. It just proves that beautiful weddings need not be expensive.

The couple, Dave and Karen, from Leicester got married on a beautiful sunny day earlier this month. The groom has been Firefighter with the Leicestershire Fire Service for the past 18 years and the bride is an Air Hostess with Virgin Airlines. They were married at Leicester Registry Office followed by a reception at Leicester Police Headquarters.

Karen’s beautiful boho dress was from Freemans would you believe – she looks incredible! I love her relaxed hairstyle, it really finishes off the look. The beautiful flowers were created by a local garden center and their rings are from Tiffanys. The couple even had a guard of honour from his Firefighter friends, which really is magical and something money just can’t buy. Not to mention the fact they had 3 fire engines there, one of which whisked the newleyweds to their reception, now that’s what i call unique wedding transport.
